Your questions, answered

Do you do epoxy flooring in Johannesburg?

Yes, epoxy floor coatings, polyurethane and screed systems, surface preparation and grinding, line marking and demarcation, and anti-slip and chemical-resistant finishes. The system is specified against the traffic, the chemicals and the downtime window your site can actually afford.

How much disruption does an epoxy floor cause?

That is the question that decides the specification. Preparation, laying and cure are scheduled around your shifts wherever the product allows, and we confirm the realistic cure window before you commit, a fast-cure system costs more but may cost less than the production hours it saves.

What does planned maintenance cover?

Planned preventative maintenance, painting and finishes, carpentry and partitioning, roofing and waterproofing, plus soft services, cleaning and hygiene, waste, landscaping and pest control, and the statutory side: fire equipment servicing, statutory inspections and contractor management.

Can you maintain our backup power as part of facilities?

Yes. Backup-power upkeep sits in the compliance group, and the electrical division handles the underlying inverters, batteries and generator changeover, so it is one relationship rather than a facilities contract that stops where the electrician starts.
